Mrs. Marsh was appointed Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) in January 2026.
Mrs. Marsh brings deep expertise across the commercial spectrum, having led major product launches and BD&L transactions at Novartis ultimately serving as Chief Product Officer and Head of Strategy, and most recently driving growth and international expansion as Executive Vice President, Marketing at Dexcom. Her experience in applying AI and analytics to commercial strategy will be a key asset as we advance our mission.
Mrs. Marsh holds a BPharm degree from University of Port Elizabeth.
