Mrs. Reurings-Tsiganko was appointed Vice President, Strategy & Operations in November 2025.
Mrs. Reurings-Tsiganko acts as a strategy partner to the leadership team, overseeing the development and execution of our long-term strategy and leading key cross-functional initiatives.
She brings more than 15 years of experience in corporate finance, strategic operations, risk management, IT security, and internal audit & control.
Since joining Pharming, Mrs. Reurings-Tsiganko has held several leadership positions, including Interim Head of Finance and IT, where she worked closely with the Executive Committee.
Before joining Pharming, she held senior roles at Sherwin Williams, Avery Dennison, OCI N.V., PNC, and Key Bank.
Mrs. Reurings-Tsiganko holds an MBA with a focus on Finance and Supply Chain, and a BA in International Business from Cleveland State University, Ohio, U.S.A. She also holds multiple professional certifications, including Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), and Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE).
